Awesome...I appreciate the detail and scope of the work done in trying to locate my homeless sister. Even though she was not found I do believe everything was done that could possibly been done. The caring attitude and responsiveness has not gone unnoticed. The final report backed up all my research and much more.

I retained WIS to conduct a delicate social media investigation. I had an immediate response, a tailored outcome that included a thorough analysis. All the contact I had was directly with the principal, and he was fantastic at explaining the process and alerting me to the realistic outcomes that I could expect to receive. I consequently had realistic expectations - and before I actually paid for anything - about what might be possible. I did not ultiamtely find everything I wanted but it was very clear indeed that WIS went well beyond the extra mile to help me, left no stone unturned in researching the issue and looking for an answer. As an example of going beyond the extra mile, WIS kept on the matter after sending me the report that I had paid for and voluntarily provided me with an update report that did contain additional useful information. Who else would stay on the case like that? I doubt it is industry practice, but it is the way WIS actually did things for me. I found WIS very polite, very responsive, very quick, very thorough and totally objective. I would have no hesitation in recommending WIS, and I personally will not waste a second looking elsewhere if I ever needed work of the sort WIS does to be done for me. It was an excellent experience, and good value for money as well.

I've never served anyone and I found Lee's company from Craigslist. Other bigger companies wants at least $80 and additional charge on every breath they take. Lee's prices is very reasonable and I decided to take my chances and have low expectation. However, I was really surprised with how quick and professional Lee was. On his first try, he found that the business that I am serving has actually closed....at first I was really upset because there's no way I could've have tracked them and find another address. Turned out Lee said he'll do some research and low and behold, he tracked the business owner all the way to his home.
I can't be more delighted and surprised on how he can get such info.
I will definitely use Lee's service again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a base rate per hour plus any expenses incurred.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial consultation is free. After determining what the potential client is trying to accomplish, we then estimate how long the investigation would take and provide the client with a quote. If there is agreement, we forward a contract for signing and the investigation proceeds once the retainer has been received by our office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
