- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no set price for roofing due to the many variables involved. They are: the height of the building, the slope of the roof, is the roof accessible so a dumpster can be located close, can the shingles or materials be placed on the roof by truck conveyor or lift, how much rotten wood is there to replace, how many valleys and other variations are there on the roof, and of course what type shingles or roof covering are being used.

Yes, as required by the State of Florida.
