Madison is a Certified Wedding and Event Coordinator, a Wedding Officiant, Florida Notary Public, and Ordained Minister. As your officiant, I want to create a ceremony that is personable and memorable. I want to create a ceremony that is personalized to your views, beliefs, personalities, and relationship. Madison goes the extra mile to help her couples prepare for their big day. As our wedding officiant she took her time to write our vows for us off of information that we gave her, and we loved what she came up with. We not only had her as our officiant but also as our day of coordinator. She was a lifesaver with coordinating a day of time line and making sure it was just the way we wanted it. Madison made sure the DJ and Photographers both had the same time line and finalized all details with them. With our work schedules it was such a help to have someone who helped us finalize everything and stay on top of last minute things. The day of she made sure to be there early to know everything was where it should be and helped the day flow by so well. I do not think I can stress enough how much of a lifesaver Madison was to have as a part of our big day. She is so sweet and helpful. Thank you so much for making our day so wonderful Madison !

We had the pleasure of working with Madison as our wedding officiant and as the day-of-coordinator for a small wedding in Gainesville, FL and she knocked both roles out of the park. Madison is sweet and super easy to work with. She is very responsive to your needs and concerns. She takes the time to know the couple and works hard to craft the ceremony to fit the special qualities that define your love for each other. The vows she wrote for us were better than anything we could have dreamed of. As a day of coordinator, Madison managed all of the moving pieces and worked hard to make sure everything was running as smooth as possible in all phases of the ceremony and reception: photography, food, DJ...etc. We cannot recommend Madison enough!

Madison was absolutely incredible during our ceremony! She is smart, professional, and very much a huge asset to this whole wedding thing. She made the ceremony run so smooth! She was so kind and sweet. She felt like an extra family member, to be honest. We are so incredibly grateful to have hired her on our special day! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes officiating the ceremony, writing your personalized ceremony, and legally filing your marriage license.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once connected over the phone or meeting in person, I send my form to your email. This will provide me with the basic information for your wedding and questions to get to know you better. These questions can be answered in the form or a phone intereview. 1-2 months before your ceremony I write your ceremony and send to you for review!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Florida notary, ordained minister, and certified Wedding Coordinator.
