I enjoy working with Tal Daniel and Maxima. Tal is very efficient, professional and has a great work ethic. In some aspects the company is more affordable than other companies (on certain tasks) and in other aspects/projects they can be more expensive, however they will work with your budget, be flexible and assist you with all of your needs. I enjoy having them as our property management company and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

I do all the background checks, criminal checks, credit checks, etc. I also do the leases and take care of all repairs that are needed. I get three different estimates and let you know what the problem and cost is. Then, you send me the money, and I get it fixed. I charge only 5% of the month's rent on a monthly basis. If I have to put in a new tenant, I have a one-time charge of 50% of one month's rent. I have a Florida real estate license, and I am also a licensed Florida Community Association manager. I take care of your home as if it were my own.
