- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Clairon, we provide an upfront, honest price for every job, and our markup is lower than most given our volume, allowing you to receive a higher-quality product for your money. To compete, others focus on cutting costs to present a lower upfront price, or increase revenue, but we disagree wholeheartedly with this approach. We know most homeowners are after value, and to us that means getting a well-designed, reliable product made of quality components, made possible at an accesible and affordable price point – all whilst experiencing a considered service, that gets you the result quickly and dependably.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our shower doors require very precise measurements, so our workflow typically begins with an in-home consultation, where we'll measure your shower space, provide suggestions, and discuss all our products and options. You can choose to begin then, at a later date, or never – that's up to you. After placing your order, we'll begin allocating dates and producing something that's exclusively for you, and once ready, schedule your installation at a time that's convenient, so our team can swiftly install your new shower door and get you set up. We have availability most days for your consultation, and most projects are completed in a week or so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a varied and strong background in glass and glazing, including technical know-how of the material, and an abundance of experience in projects and applications of all kinds. Coupled with a keen, discerning eye for good taste, we achieve unparalleled finishing and attention to detail. Members of our field teams have been with us from the very beginning and are truly knowledgeable in all things glass, and are proud to bring our customers the kind of service they'd like to receive themselves.
