Scheduled a birthday party with a pirate character for my son 1 month in advance. Asked for cash only. I had to call the day before to confirm, and was then given all kinds of disclaimers. On day of event, no character showed. I called them to be told that car broke down, no apologies and was then told 'our people are more important than your party'. In hindsight, these people are affiliated with Party Zone, and you only need to read those horrendous reviews. Bottom line, if you're looking for rude, unreliable party entertainment, then this company is for you...
