Carlos is amazing! Finding someone you can trust to help with handy work is very difficult in south Florida. I can say we have found our go to handy person in Carlos! He provided us quotes and gave us options for saving money. We ended up spending more to do even more work with him while he was at it and he was always really professional and patient as things came up that changes the scope of work. Never made us feel like a bother. I’m the contrary he was always glad to help. Will definitely use him for other jobs in the future. For us he did: removed old awning and satellite dishes, repaired stucco, repaired wood fascia, painted the house, build wood frames around patio and carport, replaced all the soffit vents and built new crawl space doors that are sealed, he installed 4 ring cameras, replaced our mailbox and replaced all the outdoor light sconces for us.

I cannot say enough with how happy I am with the work done by Carlos from WeRHomeServices. First, he always responded in a timely manner. Second, the professionalism he showed was exceptional, from returning calls and texts on the same day, to keeping his appointments, and working with your schedule. My project consisted of kitchen doors damaged by a previous cabinet installer. Carlos arrived on the scheduled time, listened to my concerns and expectations, he then explained in full detail the work that would be done, and sent me a written estimate. As I waited for the new doors, my water heater broke. I immediately called Carlos and asked if he installs tankless water heaters. Carlos was kind enough to fix that as quickly as possible to get hot water working in my house again. Carlos exceeded all my expectations. I would and will be hiring him again. Carlos did an amazing job. We hired him to sound proof a doorway that led from a bedroom to the mother-in-law suite. On either side of the door you could hear even the slightest noise very clearly. We knew this would be a problem as we were renting out the main house. After consulting with him and observing the quality of the work he was doing, we decided to turn the doorway into a solid wall. You can’t hear a single thing now! The tenants on the other side of the wall were moving in, and we couldn’t hear any of the noise they were making. The TV and radio, and all voices are completely blocked. Another general contractor who had seen the doorway before commented how great of a job he did. You can’t tell there was ever a door on from our side and the tenant’s side. He matched the texture and paint perfectly. Not only is the quality of the work he does amazing, Carlos is someone who you will not mind having in your home. He is courteous and respectful of your time and your home. He kept us updated and was always punctual. He did a good job of containing the dust and cleaning up the worksite after each visit. His expertise and attention to detail impressed us so much. Do not hesitate to hire him for ANY job for your home. He will do an excellent job!
