- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two houses are alike. Price is based on size, age, if there is a crawl space under the home, if there is a pool or seawall. It also depends on if the client needs a 4 point and wind mitigation inspection. Please call for a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients receive a written agreement prior ot the inspection and a copy of our standards of practice. This is required under our licensure law. We will be at the property on time to start the inspection. Our clients are encouraged to follow us and ask questions during the inspection. After the inspection, reports are emailed, usually the next day, unless extensive research is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to complete 14 hours of continuing education every two years. I usually have 30+. I also teach at the 120 hour home inspector course at Miami Dade College at the north campus. That is the state compliant course one needs to take to become a home inspector.
