FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like doing my prices based on what the client is looking for. Not everybody needs the same requirements or has the same financial stability as others, I preferred to sit down and come up with a price and a package that is more tailored to each client that I sit with. I want all of my clients to feel at the end of the day like they had a voice and say as to what is going to be done for the party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to ask them what is the vision for their event. I like to talk about their interest ,their favorite colors, the events budget and all those little intricate details. I like to have a game plan and a skeleton for the event created before we could determine the minor details.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
As of right now I’ve only been capable of doing smaller events as a starting company. But that doesn’t mean that I haven’t been able to work with a wide range of ages. I’ve been able to work with people as young as children to now an upcoming event where I’m going to decorate for a roaring 50 themed party. Age isn’t really a limitation because I feel capable and comfortable enough of working with any age group.
