Chef Carlos is a joy to work with. He was always there to answer my questions make changes without any hesitation. He listened to what our needs were and came through with flying color’s. I will refer and use him again. The food was extremely tasty and looked amazing. Everyone loved it. Thank you again chef got make our wedding a wonderful event.

Carlos is fantastic. The food was great. He’s very accommodating for food, allergies and restrictions. Leaves cooking area clean.

Chef Carlos made our wedding amazing. The food was delicious, everything was well organized, and we even had a DJ which made it so much fun. We really enjoyed the night with our family. Highly recommend

Chef Carlos was great! We booked him for a dinner at home with friends in town. There were 10 of us and Carlos was able to accommodate dietary restrictions while still making the dinner very special. He is super professional, and cleaned all dishes and the kitchen. We also worked together to create a special menu and cocktails, we had the best time! We would absolutely hire Chef Carlos again. Thank you so much!!

CHEF EB was INCREDIBLE! I had my doubts because I have never had anyone take over my kitchen until Chef EB came into my life. He made my husband’s birthday a night to remember! He did not only provide me the food , he also provided me the bartenders, and live entertainment. CHEF EB is the FULL package . And if you’re a perfectionist, like me , even the people working for him look good from head to toe and dress to perfection. Also, the price was worth it as well, and I was on a tight budget. He worked with me and gave me everything I need to make my husband’s birthday a night to remember . He even cleaned up my kitchen before he started, and cleaned up my kitchen after . Chef EB gave us a high-class , one of a kind experience . He promised and delivered, despite my doubts . It was so hard not to give them a good tip . Thank you again Chef . You are the best xoxoxo !
