About
I do a movement based system which allows the body to function properly by improving the body's mobility, range of motion, flexibility, and strength. Each program has an emphasis on some of the most basic movements such as the squat, lunge, hinge, and upper body push & pull combos. There is a huge amount of attention placed on proper form with this system, it allows for the body to move along progressions of the exercises without causing any pain or harm to our bodies. My favorite part of the job is watching someone gain their confidence after a few training sessions. By reaching their personal fitness goals they begin to believe in themselves and are able to transfer over that newly found confidence to various aspects of their lives. Being able to witness that transformation is what I truly enjoy being a part of!

Miguel is an excellent, enthusiastic, and motivating trainer who specifies the workouts to the needs of the client. He makes the workouts challenging and enjoyable. I enjoyed the first session so much that I purchased a package of sessions. He is an outstanding trainer - the best trainer with whom I have ever worked!

Super knowledgeable and and focused on detail and form. Really cares to help you reach your goals and is encouraging you through out the process! I hadn’t worked out for a couple years and when I started up again he made the experience fun and has kept me coming back for more! Great guy and trainer😊
