- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first day we will discuss your fitness goals, current workout regimen, and perform a movement analysis to determine if there are any movement compensations. Once those are completed we can create a personal workout program to help you reach those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Sports Management from Florida International University along with my personal training certification and instrument assisted manual therapy certification. I use all my experience and knowledge I have acquired into creating a workout program that has exercises that are backed by scientific research.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for fitness and working with people so it was the perfect fit. I was working at a gym for a few years then i had the opportunity to become apart of the training staff and I took that chance. Another passion of mine is to read so that allows me to stay up to date with the latest research of this field. My passions have allowed me to help people change their lives in ways they never though would be possible.
