I contacted the company three days in advance and clearly informed them that my septic tank was approximately 1,000 gallons.

However, when the crew arrived, they informed me that the price would be $350 instead of the agreed $250. They claimed that my septic tank was actually 1,050 gallons. Because I had other contractors and work scheduled that day, I felt pressured to accept the higher price and could not reasonably reschedule the pumping service.

After the service was completed, I personally measured the septic tank and determined that its actual capacity is approximately 785 gallons, which is significantly smaller than the size they used to justify the additional charge.

Based on these facts, I believe I was charged unfairly and would appreciate a refund of the overcharged amount.
