Mike Gonzalez(J&J Service Tech Pros Corp) was very knowledgeable and informative. He stared us in the right direction on various issues. He is easy to talk to about our bathrooms. We removed the bathtub in our j&j bathroom and replaced it with a stall shower and renovated our master shower. Both came out beautifully. We are very happy with our renovation. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, punctual, quick to reply to messages and very hard working. We had a few companies come out to give us a quote to redo our guest bathroom. One of the companies tried to convince us that going with smaller less known, "handyman" as they put it, companies may not be a good idea. I'm so glad I didn't listen to them and took the chance with J&J Service. Mike was so patient with us especially when halfway through the job I decided that I did not like the tiles I chose for the shower wall and asked him to remove and replace them. He organized his team efficiently who executed their tasks quickly and well done. Every day, after they were finished, they cleaned up nicely. His team were so respectful and polite. I would definitely hire them again to do any future projects. Thank you Mike and your team.

Excellent service. Excellent professionalism. Excellent communication. Excellent responsiveness. So excellent that we have found other areas in our house to remodel!! Next up is removing our kitchen backsplash and install new style. Repair a few stair treads that are loose. Eventually, remodeling our primary bathroom. Mike and his team were so professional that we left our home unlocked for them to work while we were at work. No that’s trust!!
