Id give them a negative if I could. Sure, appliances are priced ok. But we could barely get someone who knew anything to help us while we were there. We were quoted a a delivery price by the manager I didnt need anything plugged in but I needed them lifted and brought into my house. Three steps. Communication for an actual delivery day and time was impossible. Told me Sunday then said its be Friday, I called off work because of that. Then they text Friday and say no, its Sunday, sorry. Then I get a text Saturday asking if they could deliver Saturday because they only had one guy on Sunday. I said sure but couldnt get them to say what time. They would not respond to me. A single guy shows up at 7:40 pm and doesnt want to bring either inside my house although I paid $125 for them to bring them in. Then proceeds to not use a dolly on a larger refrigerator just scraping it all over the cement. Cussing and arguing with us. And leaves it halfway up one step. I have a bad back and a kid. We had to fight and struggle to get this in the house. I cut my thumb wide open and am laid up in pain. My son smashed his thumb. This guy Josh damaged my steps. And Im hoping the refrigerator still works after the way he treated it. Im furious at the treatment. Do not use them. Especially for delivery!!

Do not purchase from these people! If you are unhappy with your product you will not got your money back and they will be extremely difficult to reach! They will send you through hoops asking for pictures of your invoice and then you will not hear anything from them. The sales rep working at the location will tell you there is nothing they can do and they cant do refunds and they have to pass it off to the owners! The owners will not be diligent about getting back with you! They will ask you to then send your request via their website which you will then do and again nothing will happen! Ive informed them several times I have not been happen with the service Ive been receiving or with their product and they will literally do nothing. Its been 2 weeks and still no actual progress on my request! The washer machine will not spin dry the clothes, it has leaked water on the floor of our new home and the dryer has this burnt smell to it when it starts up. If I do not get a response I will also be contacting the Better Business Burea! Please give me back my money and come get your washer and dryer!

ALERT!!!! I would strongly urge you not to buy from this company. Friendly at time of sale (6/19) but service sucked from delivery (6/22) to repair request well within the warranty time frame. Fridge was damaged when delivered which made leveling very difficult. Both ice makers, top and bottom, were working at time of purchase, owner even commented that it was a unique feature to have 2 ice makers. A day at home, 6/23 and top ice maker quit working. I called and left messages 3 times before I got a return call only to tell me they weren't going to fix it, even thought they gave me a 30 day warranty. They said I was told the ice maker wasn't working when we bought it. NOT TRUE! What kind of fool would spend $600 for something that doesn't work?I am reporting them to the BBB and the Florida Consumer Affairs.
