I was trying to schedule a for the up coming week, since it was a Sunday. Believe me when I tell u I was surprised they came out on a Sunday and did the repair. I'm so grateful it was done on a Sunday,not to ruin my week waiting for a repair person. They came and completed the job with no problems. Work was done well. I would highly recommend them.

Vladimir responded to my request for service within minutes. He came on the same day and assessed the issue for free. I had initially declined to fix my fridge, and told him I would contact him if I changed my mind. But after speaking to my husband, I decided to proceed with the repair. I contacted Vladimir, and he was back at my house within the hour. He walked me through his plan for repair. He was clean and efficient.... my fridge was working again in less than an hour. I would definitely call him again if I had an appliance issue.

My 2003 KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer had a water filter issue where it was not seating correctly. Vladimir suggested rather than buy a new refrigerator that I should just replace the water filter housing, which was a lot less costly than buying a new fridge. He did a great job in replacing the new water filter housing and now, I can enjoy dispensing water and ice cubes anytime I want! Surely use Vladimir again. Should I experience any more issues with any of my appliances.
