We are so happy we found Reloaded Appliance, I have a LG washing machine that was giving us problems for a few months and the companies who came out prior to Reloaded not only couldn't figure it out the problem but they didn't speak any English which made the experience even worse. When Casey arrived, he was able to figure out what our problem was within 20 minutes and explained the root cause as well which could have been avoided. I was so happy to not only have a working washing machine but also gained some education in the process. I would recommend Reloaded Appliance to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable professional company with great customer service.
