- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate system. I normally disclose this information after doing my diagnostics. No I don't charge buy the hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Start with the call, here customers tell me about their situation that theyre having with their appliances. Next we book an appointment. Finally we do the diagnostics and determine what the culprit is. At that time the customer will get the unit repaired or just pay the service fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in Analog Electronics. Heating Ventilation, Air Condition (HVAC) lets me understand the complexities of today's modern appliances.
