What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General turf installation ranges between $9-$13 per square foot based on the application and scope of work including all cost of materials and supplies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to acquire knowledge on the project. Based on that conversation we educate the customer on our typical budget. If we fall within the customers budget, then we set up a free estimate. Measuring and pictures take between 30 minutes to 1 hour based on the size of the job. The estimate will be provided usually within 48 hours.
