My daughter has a few years of classical piano under her belt but really wanted to branch into jazz. We found Max on Thumbtack and were immediately drawn to his strong reviews, teaching background, and the live performances he shares on Instagram. Itโs only been a couple of months, and she already looks forward to every lesson. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will have a phone conversation with a potential new student. This is a great way to break the ice and see how we get along with each other on a personal level. Second, we schedule a lesson so the student can get a feel for my teaching style and I can get a feel for how the student will learn best. After that, we keep it going and the sky is the limit! ๐๐น
