I've been blessed in pleasing palates all over the world with my globally inspired cuisine for over 15+ years! From celebrity clientele & fortune 500 CEO’s to vacationing families, friends, to teaching school kids how to cook. Every meal is special and I always take pride in cooking every meal from the heart like my mother taught me. My passion for travel and food have given me the opportunity to discover Michelin & 5-Star kitchens in places such as Japan, Spain, Canada, Central America and more... I was Classically French trained at the Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Pasadena, California and then The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company. My cooking philosophy is simple.. “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, never mask the ingredients; accentuate them!” I truly enjoy how food is an artistic & communal experience and sharing that experience with my clients in creating a memorable meal. My best memories growing up were around the dinner table with my family; laughing, sharing, etc and I want the people I cook for to have that same experience!

I put together a surprise intimate dinner party to celebrate my best friend's 40th and her cousin's 50th. Chef Davin created a Southern BBQ cuisine with a contemporary twist. It was delicious! My entire party of 13 was raving about how great the food and service was. From the appetizers to the main course, we all wanted more!! Not only was Chef Davin great with the creation of the menu, he was indeed very helpful in helping me plan out the dinner. He was also very accommodating with the date and time as well to make sure the surprise went well. I would recommend him to any and everyone who needs a chef for their event. He is thoughtful in what he cooks and puts his clients needs first. Thanks again Chef Davin!!!

Chef Davin makes entertaining fun! The delicious food was amazingly flavorful and beautifully presented. The drinks were well matched to the food and every bit as enjoyable. Davin is fun and easy to work with; he listened well and accommodated our quirkiness resulting in an event that we will always remember. Thank you Chef Davin!

Chef Davin and his team put together a fantastic event for our daughter’s engagement dinner. From the delectable appetizers during cocktail hour to the Southern inspired menu. Everything was fresh, creative, and oh so delicious! The whole team handled our 70 guests & dinner flawlessly. I would recommend them without hesitation and can't wait to use again!

Our adult children gave us a dinner with Chef Davin, in our home, for our 30th anniversary. Our son and daughter chose him after a telephone interview. They thought he had a great personality and if nothing else it would be fun. What we got was a 5 star dining experience. The food was creative, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious from beginning to end. By the time we finished eating every last crumb of the dessert Chef Davin had already hand washed the dishes and put them away. His professionalism was impeccable. We would highly recommend Chef Davin and we are already trying to figure out a time to have him come back to cater a party.
