Luis was an excellent, well informed teacher - we would never have tried it on our own, but he had all of us making rolls in no time. It was delicious, high quality ingredients, a true feast! Hope to work with him again

We first like to discuss any allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences before creating a custom menu. Food can be prepared on site or delivered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at many sushi bars and restaurants around South Florida and have been lucky enough to work besides some great chefs who have taught me much.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working in restaurants around South Florida from a young age and discovered my love for sushi and Japanese food.
