- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to discuss any allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences before creating a custom menu. Food can be prepared on site or delivered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at many sushi bars and restaurants around South Florida and have been lucky enough to work besides some great chefs who have taught me much.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working in restaurants around South Florida from a young age and discovered my love for sushi and Japanese food.
