Rafael was a terrific planner when it came to staying within my budget and still getting extraordinary selections from their menu. He even created a special cake for me. This is catered food from another realm. Fresh, high quality ingredients prepared well. On the day of my event, Rafael’s parents came with the food. They were wonderful, even preparing the pasta in my kitchen so it was fresh. They set up the table beautifully and left my kitchen spotless. What a pleasure it was to be a guest at my own party!

We customize our menus to accommodate our customers' budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief phone call to decide what food the client wants for their event, what the theme is and other details. Then, we send them menu options and we finalize it electronically to ensure accuracy. Then, we get busy in the kitchen and deliver the food for their event! :)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When you have an Italian family, the number of mouths to feed is large... So we are innate at feeding tons of hungry people, and we absolutely LOVE it!
