Introduction: I go above and beyond what most tech's do, in order to not only fix the issue, but to implement preventative measures to mitigate the issue from happening again.
I kind of like being the Knight in shinning armor you can say. When somebody has computing issues, it affects most peoples lives in a very negative way.
From paying bills online, or working from home, or doing homework, it's imperative that the computer they use is up and running at all times with no-issues whatsoever.
And I enjoy providing them with comfort and ease, and the confidence that the job will be done right!

Normally I always grit my teeth with Computer Technicians..they seem to read from a prepared document and sound like robots....Lyndon was a breath of fresh air!. Got to the problem immediately..knew exactly how to fix it and explained it to me in a way I could understand without making me feel stupid. He also found some other issues I didnt know my computer had and offered some solutions for those as well.
The computer runs like a champ now and the next time it has an issue he will be the first one I call. Thanks Lyndon!

Good service. My computer was slow, he also organized file, pictures. He took the time to show me how to prevent adware and malware from getting on pc, and installed free cleaners to keep my computer running smoothly. I highly recommend him!
