He made clear some job materials uncertainties up front. We met three times to discuss what to do, and I agreed with his recommendations each time. Job was still done within his estimated personal time cost, and quality was high.

Steve has to be the best! Kept his word and was in time ! Did a fantastic job; even went beyond and it was a very difficult project. His price.... cannot be best. That’s for sure. Even with the tip he was less than the other estimates I received!

Very professional handyman. He showed up on time and did very good work. He installed an ice maker water source with a shut-off valve for my new refrigerator and new garbage disposal. When some blips occurred with the garbage disposal installation, Steve found alternate solutions and even went to the hardware store to buy the parts. I will definitely use him again in the future for any work that needs to be done around my home.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $40/hour and I have a 1/2 day minimum (4 hours). If you dont have 4 hours of work I would suugest you check with you neigbors to see if they have some work needing done to meet the minimum. or allow some scheduling flexibility for me to find some other short jobs in you neighborhood
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will meet you at your job and discuss the scope of work and provide you with a estimated range of time it will take me to do the job. I charge for the actual hours worked
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a retired electrical engineer and a registered professional engineer in Minnesota and master electrician licensed in Minnesota. l have significant experience doing major remodeling carpentry projects
