The app didn’t allow me to select all five of the reasons they list for why we give a great review - but I would have selected all five if I could have! Paola was wonderful, super responsive, scheduling with her very easy and quick to get something set up. I have a very large black lab/Rottweiler mix (Bear) who normally is very sweet but HATES being groomed and gets very aggressive , I have tried so many other options - various groomers at their salons, mobile groomers, etc and it has always been a very stressful mission to get the job done - and my dog has to basically be wrestled to the ground/muzzled/pinned down/etc to cut his hair. But Paola, being the dog lover she is, agreed to come to my house to do the grooming to make Bear comfortable, brought her own tools, arrived on time, clearly loved dogs and was very sweet and loving to Bear. She was open and willing to try different ways to be able to make Bear comfortable while also getting him cleaned up and groomed at the same time. Paola was patient and she was able to give him a great cut - Normally after a “grooming experience” Bear acts all depressed - but he was smiling and happy and looks great! Paola was so sweet and texted me afterwards to make sure everything was all good and even though Bear is so difficult she wasn’t scared away and offered us any of her services anytime :) I would HIGHLY recommend Paola!!!

Words can’t describe how happy I am with Paola! She is so loving and truly cares for dogs! My pug was so happy with her, I got daily photos and messages without having to ask. Super reliable and punctual! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pao is wonderful !! The best in south beach !! I have a Jack Russel so they have lots of energy and Pao knows exactly how to play with him and challange his energy. He loves her too!! Since I have a baby she makes it so convinient for me since she picks up my dog. She is extreamly trust worthy and my dog always stays with her when we leave town. Pao certainly treats my dog with lots of love which is why I always go to her for walks, stay overs and grooming.. u can't go wrong !
