- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Budget or Money is essential for everybody, that is why addressing the entire scope in front to understand what unforseen can be expect is very important. We always provide the cost of material and labor to our customer and show them our fees, transparency is the key, after that all type of negotiation are possibles with customers to make sure not just a deal get close but a new professional relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Expectation, budget, schedule and quality are Key words to build up a project. The best tool a builder can have is using the years of experience and skills to guide the customer to envision his project, in that way we success is the only outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a CEO of C&M Contractors, LLC i carry a Bachelor degree in Science of Civil Engineer and a General Contractor License. I have more than 15 years of experience with 8 years of them here in the USA, i have worked with one of the biggest builder / Developer at Florida, achieving during all this years high standards and goals.
