FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The difference between deep cleaning and classic household cleaning, deep cleaning goes beyond sweeping, washing dishes and dusting. With deep cleaning, every corner of the home is left without a speck of dust, until it has an impeccable space. Each one has a different price depending on the square feet of your house.
We handle discounts for each case: if it is cleaned habitually or occasionally.
We have extra prices depending on the case: for cleaning fans, refrigerator, oven, cabinet interior, glass.
According to the agreement, we give away the cleaning of some extra.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we suggest a deep cleaning. To leave the house completely clean from there we will do standard cleaning, we work with each client weekly every 15 days each, we work in pairs or groups of four, we work quickly but efficiently, we handle our own products and preferably under schedule, we have discounts depending on the case
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my country I worked in the health area, I am aware ok the importance of the best products to obtain a good result, I know how to remove stains and every day like to search and investigate about cleaning products.
