- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest but we are not the most expensive either and we go the extra mile for our clients. We are a one-stop shop so we have the flexibility to offer our clients discounted packages that include a combination of rentals, design and other event services to make your planning experience so simple and stress free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an initial telephone intoduction and if it feels right for both of us we then schedule a free consultation! Easy Peasy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified event decorators with other certifications in fabric draping, floral designs and balloon decor. We get stuff done!
