- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based solely on cake size, design and complexity, and time needed to work. Delivery charges vary due to size of cake and am I able to transport together or the need of setup at location is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers and help them to bring their vision together so I can then plan with them how to execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Baking and Pastry Arts/Food Service Management
