Hiring a French private chef for our anniversary was the best thing ever. Alexandra was AMAZING🇫🇷👏 We have young children at home so it was so convenient to have someone come to us. Chef Alex responded quickly, sent me several menus to choose from (American, Italian, French, vegan, etc), and was extremely accommodating. My husband is a meat eater and I’m a vegetarian so she allowed me to pick and choose what worked for us. He is also from France so I asked her for a specific dessert and she was more than happy to do it for us. Her pricing is extremely fair and more than worth it. I would choose her services over any restaurant in Miami. The food was incredible. Thank you again!!

We had a fantastic experience with Alex. From choosing the menu, tweaking, to the meal itself the approach was very well done. The quality of the food was outstanding, this was the best meal of our entire trip in fact. We will definitely be using Alex’s services our next trip and highly recommend her to anyone!

Alex was a joy to work with and her experience in the industry shows. She helps design and prepare a 4-course dinner. The food was delicious. The presentation and platting were absolutely top notch. In addition to being a skillful chef, she was very responsive and always available to answer any question. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price are set depending on customer menu selection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set a first introduction phone call to discuss what our client are looking for. Then we decide on a menu together. The day of the event we arrive on site few hours before party/event start. We'll cook on site, and serve the entire meal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree in Culinary and Hospitality Management
