Christian is a well educated, patient, amazing personal trainer. As an older woman, I find that some trainers don’t know how to work with this population. He really structured a program that met my needs. He assessed my fitness level in the beginning and worked throughout our training sessions to achieve my goals! I highly recommend Christian!

Chris was fantastic! I hired him to run an at-home HIIT workout for a group of 18 guys during a bachelor party, and it was a huge success. Eleven of us participated in a 90-minute workout, and despite it being on a Saturday (which he mentioned he doesn’t typically work), Chris showed up ready to go with an awesome attitude and all the equipment we needed.
The workout was well-structured, challenging, and exactly what we were looking for. On top of that, his pricing was extremely reasonable, and he was a true professional from start to finish.
I’d highly recommend Chris as a private instructor for group events — he’s the real deal.
If I had to give one small piece of feedback from the group: we’d suggest shortening the circuit stops a bit, maybe to 1.5–2 minutes instead of 3, just to keep the pace a little tighter.

I absolutely enjoy all my sessions with Christian from Demigod Training! Very flexible schedule and makes sure to give a great workout every time! I love the convenience of being able to workout from my own home especially that I have a super busy schedule; he has all equipment ready and I don’t have to leave to go to any gym!
