Embodied Science Studio was founded by a brother and sister team — both yoga and fitness instructors — united by a shared belief: true wellness lives at the intersection of timeless tradition and modern science.
With over 10 years of professional experience, we’ve worked with competitive athletes, active adults, beginners, and individuals navigating injuries, osteoporosis, chronic pain, or recovery from illness. What we’ve seen consistently is this:

After years teaching in studio environments, we realized something was missing. Group classes are powerful — but they rarely allow for the precision, customization, and deep attention many people truly need.
Embodied Science Studio was created to bridge that gap.
