- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting prices: driveways from $199, roof soft wash from $499, full house soft wash from $799, exterior window cleaning $29 per window. These starting prices are for very small areas. Every job is priced by size (per square foot) and condition, so larger driveways, roofs and homes cost more. You always get a free, written flat-rate quote before we start, with no hidden fees. Send us a few photos and your ZIP code and we'll usually get you an exact price the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send us photos or request a free on-site quote. 2) We send you a written flat-rate price. 3) We schedule a time that works for you, often the same week. 4) On wash day we protect plants and walk the property with you before starting. 5) When we finish we do a final walk-around together. If something isn't right, we re-wash it free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're trained in both soft washing (a low-pressure, cleaning-solution method for roofs, stucco, screens and painted surfaces) and pressure washing for concrete and pavers. We use commercial-grade equipment and match the pressure and solution to each surface so nothing gets damaged.
