- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customers should know that if there price range can be appropriate with what’s our job project allows then it could be done. But if there price range is flexible then the types of material qualities are going to go up as it should to maximize the roof per say. With discounts we are favorable to discounts to help out the customer a bit out if do able and the fees would come from permits, materials, labor, and profit in our take so there’s nothing to hide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is first having that first call with them to see what seems to be there roofing issues and then head out to the clients residence and setup a payment process as well as a date to start work on the roof based on the weather conditions of course after that we would touch base on what we did with pictures and videos as proof of completed work to back up our job.
