- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very understanding to everyone’s situation. We have a starting fee for each of our packages but, we will also customize if it needs to be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a video call or, at least a phone call as soon as possible. If the client is local, an in person consult is a must. I follow up with an email and any info I offered to send.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Certified International Wedding & Event Planner, vía INIBEP Institute.
