- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Package prices vary based upon the level of assistance desired. In order to determine the package that is perfect for you, we will provide a one-hour Complimentary Consultation! We offer different starting packed and A la Carte services for more information please visit our website for wedding and planning packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start- Free consultation either in person or on the phone to understand the clients vision to better serve their needs with no obligation. Then- 1. We scheduled person 60 to 90 min free consultation to meet and review the event, date, time, budget, theme, colors and overall vision for your special day. 2. We discuss the level of assistance required by the couple; Our packages are as follows; -Full Wedding Planning - starts from 18 month in advance up to 6month in advance -Partial Planning - May start 1 month before wedding -Month of Planning - starts couple month before the wedding or as close as 1 week depending on the situation, planner on site the day of the wedding making sure all vendors arrive on time and everything is in order. We provide a rehearsal the day before the wedding and a wedding day timeline for the entire bridal party. Place any special items. We also pick up all decorations at the venue as needed. 3. We go over Prices, our contract and reserve your date with a 50% deposit. 4. Now it's time for our couple to relax, and let us take over the work!! We do updates weekly on the progress of the planning, and are available any day of the week via email, text or phone.

Being an Executive Director in the corporate world for over 20 years, my operation and project management experience and skills is reflected in my planning business. I am also a Certified Wedding & Event Planner.
