Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and they were always professional and responsive. I just handed them a set of keys and they began working without the need to be around. I'm very pleased with this company, prices are really good, service, quality,also they are experienced they showed up and got the job done on time very courteous and professional.They worked on my older shingles roof that on the back of the the house was warped and they changed the stud and applied 2 big pieces of plywood plus all the other layers required to seal it ,and the job and work came out great.i highly recommend these workers and company cause they are the best. Now my roof is even, it's sealed and looks great.

i been use salguero builder for my 3rd house and very happy, Michael doing very quick and get your roof done within a week after you get permit, they are responsible and will take good care off you especially the price was very comparable
