- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know the value we bring, we know our worth. Sometimes we have discounts etc. however, professionals are not cheap. Experience is the difference.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to talk with them and get to know how we can make them happy. Then we schedule a date for the service. We will then send out someone to perform the service after which we follow up and ask for a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree and also holds many certifications in quality and business management. Many of our professionals are college graduates.
