- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the average pricing if not lower sometimes to some customers who are on a tighter budget. I am willing to discount the price if warranted and sometimes it’s just a few dollars that helps the customer so that their child can have the tutoring they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet them and help build on their weak points and strengthen their strong points. You build their character and give them added confidence. This makes the leaning process better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College training, degree, and previous work experience.
