My name is Danny, and I’m a competitive bodybuilder with over six years of experience on stage and more than twelve years in the fitness and nutrition industry. Throughout this time, I’ve dedicated myself to learning, applying, and refining effective training and diet strategies. I hold a certification as a personal trainer through ASFA and have been coaching clients online for the past two years. Fitness has been my passion since a young age, and I'm committed to helping others reach their goals using the methods and insights I've developed over the years. I’ve had the privilege of working with several experienced coaches to deepen my expertise, and I’m currently completing my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science to further solidify my foundation in this field.

Working with Coach Daniel Dennis over the last 12 weeks has been nothing short of life-changing. I’ve lost 30.7 lbs since starting in mid-January, and I owe that progress to his expert guidance, dedication, and no-nonsense approach.
I followed every instruction he gave without excuses, just hard work and commitment and the results speak for themselves. Having worked with online coaches before, I can honestly say nothing compares to having an in-person coach like Daniel. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had.
His one-on-one personal training is something I highly recommend. He not only teaches you the mechanics behind every movement but also pushes you to your absolute limit. I’ve learned so much about how my body responds to specific exercises and diet adjustments.
I’ve always enjoyed going to the gym, but this experience showed me the difference between just “going” and actually training. Daniel meticulously monitored my diet, helping me find the best way to burn fat while maintaining muscle mass.
