I had a very short notice of a visit from houseguests. Isa was very professional and went beyond expectations to assist me by sending someone on this short notice and I am a new customer. They sent out a wonderful person that respectfully worked around my guests and left everything neat and clean. I will be working with BeFresh again for cleaning. Based on this service I plan to explore some of their other services. Its rare to find this level of service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and depend on the size and condition of the area to be cleaned. I always provide a clear, no-obligation quote upfront, no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the customer's needs, inspect the area to be cleaned, and provide a free quote. If the customer has any questions, I take the time to answer them. Once we agree on the price, we schedule a date, and I make sure they are fully satisfied with the results. At my discretion, a down payment may be required to book the service. This will go toward the final payment and is only non-refundable if the customer cancels less than three days in advance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and have trained in safe and effective pressure washing techniques for different surfaces.
