Best Buy incorrectly installed my washer and dryer I bought from them. I reached out to Jenkins Appliance Service and he was able to finish installing my W/D the next morning! He was patient and took the time needed to make sure my new appliances were working correctly.

Our microwave broke yesterday, right before Thanksgiving of course. We bought a new one, but were told by Lowe’s that hiring one of their installers would take three weeks. I took my chances and was able to find Jenkins at 11 PM on a Saturday night & book the job for today! We are very happy with the installer, Byron, his work was excellent and our new microwave looks great! Thank you so much for rescuing our Thanksgiving!

The other 3 pros that contacted me,1 let me know he couldn't do the job,1 never got back with me and 1 told me good luck Jenkins came out told me what was wrong and how much then ordered the parts and now waiting for a part to schedule the fix .very professional

Two appointments canceled with no prior notification. Not good but when Byron did show up Sunday evening he fixed the refrigerator in fifteen minutes. To bad he couldn’t have done that during the first appointment.
