Responsiveness was their strong point. They try to by pass this app messaging by texting you directly. They gave me a quote of $279 for duct cleaning. But be careful of their bait-and-switch tactic. They press you to upsell services you don’t anticipate. Wanted to charge me an extra $369 for air cleaning treatment. All told I spend $499 with negotiation for services I wasn’t sure I needed. The liquid solution they sprayed into the vent system took no more than 10 minutes and he was done. Felt slightly had.
