Tony Beers has been my personal trainer for over 8 years. I work out with Tony at the gym 2-5 times a week. Tony is well trained, a listener, honest, straight forward, and caring individual. he designs workout programs and healthy habits (diet, sleep, attitude) based on an individual's needs. He will help you set your goals and attain them. Over time and with age my workouts have changed but I have maintained my health in spite of aging. I highly recommend Tony with no reservations. Tony is well liked, respected and knows most everyone. He is flexible and will meet you, even in your home, to train you at almost any time. my typical workout begins at 6 am. Dr. John Copland

Tony is great at modifying and scaling workouts for each person in addition to continuously mixing it up. I began working with Tony over ten years ago and although I now live out of town, I still workout with him each time I am back in Jacksonville.

Tony is dedicated to helping his clients build strength and improve their overall health and fitness. I have worked with Tony weekly for more than a year and have benefited from his guidance. He is a talented and knowledgeable trainer and easy to work with. I appreciate his ability to design workouts that are well matched to my current level of development, challenging without being overwhelming. His approach helps ensure that I continue working my exercise plan on a regular schedule.
