I hired Brad to replace a toilet in an old house, which turned out to be a bigger job than expected. The flange and bolts were all rusted and broken, so he had to grind and drill and chip everything out. He installed a new flange and got it right. It ended up costing more than the original quote, but it was totally reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. He's a hard worker.
