We provide free estimates and upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every job is quoted based on the scope of work, distance, labor, and any special requirements. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, military, and seniors. Additional charges may apply for stairs, heavy items, long-distance travel, or after-hours service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing your project and gathering the details needed to provide an accurate estimate. Once approved, we'll schedule a convenient service time, confirm the details, and arrive on time with the proper equipment. After the work is completed, we walk through the job with you to ensure you're satisfied before closing it out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has 6 years of hands-on experience in furniture and appliance delivery, installation, property cleanouts, junk removal, moving assistance, and customer service. We follow safe lifting practices, use professional moving equipment, and are committed to protecting your property while delivering quality workmanship.
