- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of your event, design details, and setup requirements. Balloon décor and event styling typically start at $250, with final pricing depending on customization. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before your event. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Jacksonville area. I do my best to work within your budget while still delivering a beautiful, high-quality setup. Custom quotes are always available!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I’ll gather details about your event (date, location, theme, and vision). From there, I’ll provide ideas, inspiration, and a custom quote. After you’re ready to move forward, a deposit secures your date. We’ll finalize all design details leading up to your event. On event day, I handle setup and make sure everything looks exactly how you envisioned so you can enjoy your special moment stress-free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in event décor and balloon design, along with ongoing learning through industry groups, training resources, and real event setups. My background in planning, organization, and attention to detail helps me bring creative visions to life while ensuring everything runs smoothly. I’m constantly improving my skills to stay up-to-date with trends and provide high-quality service.
