G&F Waitstaff training

Introduction: OK, old intro was boring. I'm sorry, I have been to numerous restaurants/bars in Jax. Not yet met a waitperson who is worth a Sh*t> They don't know how to greet, they don't know how to upsell, the don't know what alcohol you sell, they don't know what is in your food, or how it's cooked. They don't know how to make the customer want to come back, and to ask for them! Seems Jax needs someone to teach them how to make more money for themselves, and more money for their restaurants. You, as a restaurant owner, want to make more money, your waitstaff is how you do it. Someone needs to train them, and your bartenders! That's what I do. As a waiter in a town of 12,000 in Texas, I was making $1500 a week, how many of your waitstaff can say that? And this is a big city. Call me, we'll work together to make you and them far more money! Availability seems not to be working, am available 7 days a week. I will work with your waitstaff and bartenders for 3 days, to get them to the point they can all make you more money!
