- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge roughly 12 dollars a room ( 5rms $59) for a regular standard cleaning and for those who have deeper stains or pet odor issues, we only charge 25 cents per square foot only for those specific areas. So we always give you the base price and let everybody know if there are any areas that require special attention we will measure them out when we get to your home and give you a price before we get started. You do not have to pay for any extra services. They are available for purchase but it's ultimately up to you which is the way it should be. ie: Scotchgard, enzyme treatments, power scrubbing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
as far as classes go I have not taken any recently but really to stay on the up and up in this industry all you have to do really is talk to your friends and competitors in the business. Finding out new products to use or equipment, is the best education I can think of
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
it was actually by chance. I had just gotten back from vacation and was searching for a job through the paper and after my first day of training I knew that this was something I could do and be very good at it. It's just treating people the way they need to be treated and a little hard work
