    They were able to accommodate my schedule and cleaned our carpets prior to us selling our house! Carpets look great! They even use products that are safe for kids and pets! Would recommend!

    I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to schedule the cleaning of my upholstery. They were responsive to my request, reasonable in price, and very knowledgeable about various cleaning issues. I dont typically take the time to write a review but this is a small family owned business who deserves a great review! I was previously ripped off by a carpet company called Precision Carpet aka Extreme Carpet Cleaning and was afraid to make another bad choice. My experience today was quite the opposite. So thank you Quality Care... I will call you again in the future.

    I called Quality Carpet Care to come to take care of my tile and grout, Michele was courteous and accommodating. I have 3 dogs and was worried they wouldn't be able to restore my grout but it was amazing, the tile and grout was beautiful! I would try everything to clean my tile on my own but no matter what I did my feet or socks would be black, I was impressed when Quality came and my tile is spotless! I highly recommend Quality Carpet Care, they're miracle workers!

    We have a minimum of $100 for service.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    When working with a new customer, we contact the customer and give them information about our company and our cleaning methods, we then tell them about any new customer incentives we are currently having; once we go over that we will set up an appointment with the customer to come out and give them a free estimate and once on site, if the customer agrees on the price we will go to work for them that day, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    All employees at Quality Carpet Care are Von Schrader Certified Professional Cleaners, certified in all phases of carpet/floor/upholstery cleaning and system maintenance. We are wool and oriental carpet/fabric trained and certified as well.
